Chamoli, Uttarakhand: Following the recent disaster in the Nandanagar area of Chamoli district, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited the affected region on Saturday to review ongoing relief and rescue operations.
The CM met with affected families, inquiring about their well-being and assuring them of all necessary assistance.
During the field visit, Chief Minister Dhami reviewed the progress of relief efforts, directing district administration officials to take swift action and ensure that victims do not face any inconvenience.

Relief camps providing food, drinking water, medical care, sanitation, and temporary shelter were inspected, and the CM confirmed that all essential resources were being deployed on a priority basis.
He further emphasized that the state government is committed to restoring normalcy in the lives of affected people at the earliest and assured that permanent measures would be taken to better handle such disasters in the future.

Senior administrative officials, disaster management teams, and local representatives accompanied the CM during the visit.
Chief Minister Dhami’s visit reinforced the government’s commitment to extend comprehensive assistance and mobilize every available resource to support the victims in Chamoli’s Nandanagar area.
