Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has invested in a 2,000 sq. ft. plot in Alibaug, valued at ₹2 crore, marking his first land investment. The Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 star revealed that he plans to build his own home in the serene coastal town, which is becoming a popular destination for Bollywood celebrities.

“Alibaug has become one of the most exciting places to invest in today — close to Mumbai and I plan to build my own home there. This is the first time I have invested in land and with full trust in The House of Abhinandan Lodha. I’m glad to have made this investment,” Kartik shared with the media.

Alibaug has already attracted several Bollywood stars, with Amitabh Bachchan purchasing a 10,000 sq. ft. plot worth ₹10 crore in 2024, and Kriti Sanon acquiring a 2,000 sq. ft. plot at Sol de Alibaug. Shah Rukh Khan also owns a property in the town, making it a burgeoning hotspot for celebrity holiday homes.

On the professional front, Kartik Aaryan has a busy film schedule. He is set to feature in Anurag Basu’s next, originally slated for Diwali 2025 but reportedly postponed to 2026. He will also appear in Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, releasing on Valentine’s Day weekend next year alongside Ananya Panday, and Naagzilla, scheduled for August 2026. This diverse lineup underscores Kartik’s continued prominence in Bollywood.
