The actress was spotted braving the heavy rains while posing briefly for photographers outside her vanity van. She looked stylish in a chic jumpsuit with her hair tied in a ponytail.

This public appearance comes amid the ongoing family dispute over Sunjay Kapur’s business empire following his sudden demise in June due to cardiac arrest. Sunjay, a prominent businessman and owner of Sona Comstar, left behind a massive estate that has now become the center of a legal and family battle.

Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur tied the knot in 2003 and have two children together – daughter Samaira and son Kiaan. However, the marriage ended in divorce in 2016. Despite the separation, Sunjay’s sister Mandhira Kapur recently spoke positively about Karisma, praising her as a devoted mother. In an interview with NDTV, she said Karisma has done a great job in keeping the family united and ensuring the children maintain strong relationships within the family.

The controversy intensified after Sunjay’s mother, Rani Kapur, claimed sole beneficiary rights over her late husband Surinder Kapur’s business empire and alleged that she was pressured into signing documents appointing Sunjay’s widow, Priya Sachdev Kapur, as a non-executive director. However, Sona Comstar denied these allegations, stating that Rani Kapur has not been involved in the business since 2019.
