Sai Pallavi and Junaid Khan’s film ‘Ek Din’ is set to premiere on THIS date

Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan and South Indian actress Sai Pallavi are set to share the screen in the film Ek Din. Today, the release date for the movie was revealed, confirming it will premiere in theatres on November 7. This film will also mark Sai Pallavi’s debut in Bollywood. Additionally, it signifies the reunion of two iconic figures in Indian cinema—Aamir Khan and Mansoor Khan—after a gap of 17 years.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh announced the news on his X account, stating, “AAMIR KHAN – MANSOOR KHAN REUNITE: SAI PALLAVI – JUNAID KHAN STARRER ‘EK DIN’ TO RELEASE ON 7 NOV 2025… #EkDin – which features the first-ever on-screen collaboration of #SaiPallavi and #JunaidKhan – is scheduled for a theatrical release on 7 Nov 2025. Directed by #SunilPandey and produced by #AamirKhan and #MansoorKhan, this film represents a significant reunion, as #Aamir and #Mansoor work together again after 17 years, following the beloved #JaaneTuYaJaaneNa.”

Junaid has praised his co-star Sai Pallavi, sharing his excitement for the upcoming release. “Sai Pallavi is absolutely fantastic. I’ve got my fingers crossed for this one,” he remarked.

In the meantime, Junaid was last seen alongside Khushi Kapoor in Loveyapa, which is the Hindi remake of ‘Love Today’. He made his acting debut in Maharaj, which features Jaideep Ahlawat, Sharvari Wagh, and Shalini Pandey in key roles. The film is inspired by the 1862 Maharaja Libel Case, focusing on a religious leader who sued a newspaper for claiming he had inappropriate relationships with his female followers. Junaid reportedly plays a journalist in this movie.

As for Sai Pallavi, she will next appear in Ramayana alongside Ranbir Kapoor. Recently, the makers have finally revealed the first look of this much-anticipated cinematic adaptation of the epic.

The video begins by exploring the origins – the divine trio of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva who govern the universe. With captivating animation, it subsequently presents characters from the Ramayana – Lord Rama portrayed by Ranbir Kapoor, Sita played by Sai Pallavi, and Ravana represented by Yash.

“Ten years of Aspiration. Unyielding Determination to present the Greatest Epic of all time to the World. This is the result of a partnership among some of the finest talents globally to ensure that the Ramayana is showcased with utmost Reverence and Respect. Welcome to the Beginning. Let’s Honor the IMMORTAL tale of Rama v/s Ravana. Our Truth. Our History,” stated the creators while unveiling the first look.
