The 24-year-old law student who experienced a gang rape at South Calcutta Law College reported that she endured a panic attack during the incident.
In her complaint, she stated that the primary perpetrator, Monojit Mishra, instructed the others to fetch her an inhaler, not out of concern for her well-being, but rather to prolong her suffering once she regained her composure.
It is important to note that the three individuals accused in this case, Mishra, Pramit Mukhopadhyay, and Zaib Ahmed, are currently in police custody until July 8.
On Saturday, law enforcement apprehended Pinaki Banerjee, the college security officer who was present during the occurrence. A court subsequently ordered on Tuesday that he be held in police custody until July 4.
